KKR’s bowlers, including Nathan Coulter-Nile, Chris Woakes, and Colin de Grandhomme, each took three wickets, leading to RCB’s lowest total in IPL history.

2:- 58 By Rajasthan Royals

Rajasthan Royals only managed to score 58 runs against score in 2009 when the IPL was held in South Africa. RR was bowled out by RCB despite having power hitters like Yusuf Pathan, Ravindra Jadeja, and Graeme Smith. Anil Kumble took 5 wickets outplayed the opponents and won the match for his team for more than 70 runs. 

During the 2009 IPL season in South Africa, Rajasthan Royals were dismissed for a mere 58 runs in 15.1 overs by RCB at Newlands, Cape Town. Anil Kumble’s exceptional bowling performance, where he took 5 wickets for just 5 runs, was instrumental in this collapse.

3:- 59 By Rajasthan Royals

RR is featured in this list with a small score of 59 against RCB in 2023. RR, unfortunately, managed to enter this list two times. In the 2023 season, RR was the favorite to win the season because they had players like Sanju Samson, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shimron Hetmayer, and others but the bowlers of RCB managed to get all of them out at the score of 59 in just 13 overs. 

In a 2023 encounter at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur, Rajasthan Royals were chasing a target of 172 set by RCB. The team experienced a severe batting failure, being bowled out for only 59 runs in 10.3 overs. This match highlighted RCB’s bowling prowess and marked one of the lowest totals in recent IPL history. 

4:- 66 By Delhi Daredevils

Delhi Daredevils now known as Delhi Capitals only managed to score 66 runs against Mumbai Indians in 2017. The lethal bowling attack of MI thrashed DD and the whole batting line-up bottled up and failed to touch the score of 100 runs. Jasprit Bumrah, Trent Boult, and Lasith Malinga shattered the wickets. At Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi, in 2017, Delhi Daredevils were bowled out for 66 runs in 13.4 overs by Mumbai Indians. The match showcased Mumbai’s dominant bowling attack, which dismantled Delhi’s batting lineup with ease.

5:- 67 By Delhi Daredevils 

In the same season, Delhi Daredevils faced another batting debacle, scoring just 67 runs in 17.1 overs against Kings XI Punjab at PCA IS Bindra Stadium, Mohali. Sandeep Sharma’s impressive bowling figures of 4 wickets for 20 runs played a significant role in restricting Delhi to such a low total.

Delhi again entered this list with a score of 67 against Punjab in 2017. The batting order collapsed again and DC once again faced a shameful scenario and disappointed their fans. 

6:- Kolkata Knight Riders

In the inaugural IPL season, KKR were bowled out for 67 runs in 15.2 overs by Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. This early instance of a low team total set the stage for the competitive nature of the tournament.
